Subject syllabus

1st Consultation
Theory and methodology for designing cutting tools. Conditions
formation surface components during machining. Kinematic schemes of formation of the machined surface and the presence of the tool surface .Shaping tools. Calculations prismatic blade profiles of radial and circular shaped nožů. Form cutters. Determination of profile, with a positive rake angle and geometry of relieved cutters.
2nd Consultation
Tools for making spur gears. Analysis, characterization and
construction grooving machines knives, rolling mills and finishing tools.
