Subject syllabus

1. Basic terms in the field of measuring and control systems.
2. Structure of measuring and control systems, control, types of systems, characteristics.
3. Types of sensors used in aircraft technology, their distribution, physical principles and properties, errors and measurement uncertainties.
4. A/D and D/A signal converters (types of converters, static and dynamic properties, functional diagram).
5. Aircraft on-board information and control systems.
6. Diagnostics, reliability and backup of elements and systems of aircraft measuring and control systems.
7. Terms in the field of aircraft maintenance, fire systems, sensors and fire extinguishing.
8. Chassis retraction systems. Structure of hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, demonstrations and simulations of circuits, actuators control, practical implementation.
9. Signal transmission, communication protocols and signal processing.
