Subject syllabus

1. Process visualization system, the collection of data from real processes
2. Interface and interaction between humans and technology / manufacturing process.
3. Visualization of data for operator and client work, object-oriented graphics
4. Process system architecture, client, server, multi-tier and service-oriented architecture
5. Uncertainty, fuzzy, and the likelihood of procedural systems, the concept of risk and criticality of the operation.
6. Key performance indicators of process systems, downtime tracking, report tools
7. SPC analysis and tools in process systems
8. Securing data in applications and user access in process systems
9. Real and historical trends and reporting systems in process
10. Procedural modeling systems, MES systems, standardization according to ISA95
11. The functional model of management to ANSI/ISA-95, data model, simulation model, object model, the definition relations
12. Information exchange and cooperation with the ERP system process
13. Business modeling MES systems, B2MML, XML document, B2M transactions, UML
14. Modeling of information systems, workflow, notification of events in the communication process systems
