Subject syllabus

Lectures:

1. Safety training, familiarization with the laboratories, distribution of students among the laboratories.

2. Production technology - part 1 (turning, milling, drilling, planing, trimming, grinding)

3. Manufacturing Technology - Part 2 (casting, volume and surface forming, welding, soldering, gluing)

4. Manufacturing Technology - Part 3 (non-conventional manufacturing methods, additive manufacturing, basic of metrology)

5. Structural materials

6. Basic sensor types and parameters

7. Types of signals, principles of reading data from sensors

8. Tactile sensors, distance sensors, rotation sensors

9. Light sensors, temperature sensors, sound sensors

10. Introduction to electronics, power supplies, batteries, wiring

11. Electric actuators for service robotics

12. Control of service robots, microprocessors

13. Communication with in service robotics
