Lectures:
Technological process - materialsMaterials, tolerance system, tolerance zone, storage engine supportMaterial reparation, semi finished material, welding, cutting operation.Metal plate punching of magnetic circuit electrical machines, stacking magnetic circuit of rotary electrical machines Closing windings, fabrication and winding position from circular cross-section wiresProduce tape-wound windings from square section wire and wiring bars windingsProduction and filling armature windingProduction excitation windingsProduction squirrel-cage rotors Commutator productionWinding impregnation of electrical machine, mechanic balancing of rotorsFabrication magnetic circuit of transformersProduction of winding transformers.
The basic condition of electric devices manufacturing - mass production, repeated lot production, small-lot production and unit production of electric devices, manufacturing path of product. Metal materials used at electric devices and switchgears - steels, metal plates, cast-iron, resisitive materials, materials for bimetals. Non-ferrous metal used at electric devices and switchgears - copper and its alloys, silver and material for contacts, aluminum and its alloys. Insulating materials used at electric devices and switchgears - solid insulating materials (plastic materials, silicons, ceramic, laminated insulating materials, mica). Liquid and fluid insulating materials - mineral and vegetable oils, synthetic insulating liquids, air, sulfur hexafluoride (SF6), nitorgen, carbon dioxide, vacuum. Technological processes on the base of epoxy resins - epoxy form and casts, thermal settings of resins, vacuum impregnation of coils. Special operations - PVC paste, technical dentacryl, armouring of insulators, asphalt flood-casting substances. Surfacing operations - grinding, polishing, sand blasting, tumbling, degreasing, staining, dipping, oxidation, phosphatizing, chromating, hard nickeling. Electrolytic degreasing - dip coating, overspraying, diffusion, coating, impregnation, enamelling, forming of interfaces of protection clamps. Heat treatment of metal - case hardening, processing of aluminum and its alloys, processing of copper and its alloys. Some technological special finishing of electrical devices and switchgears for hard climatic conditions. Manufacturing of construction parts of electric devices and switchgears. Manufacturing of driver mechanisms for switching devices. Manufacturing of current conducting way and contacts for low voltage devices, low voltage devices for high current, hihg voltage disconnectors, high voltage and very high voltage circuit-breakers, design of bus-bars. Manufacturing of magnetic circuits - circuits for electromagnets, solenoids, circuits for protection transformers, other applications. Some special technological procedures - manufacturing of insulating rods, insulating tube, arc-chutes, insulating bushings, low and high voltage fuses.
