Energy problems of electric arc furnaces (EAF).
Theory of energy modes of EA.
EOP disturbances in power supply networks.
Control and optimization of EAF energy modes.
Energy problems of induction heating (melting furnaces).
Power supplies for high-frequency heaters.

Project, possible topics:
- Heat transfer in non-steady state.
- Analysis and optimization of heating system.
