Transient processes in electrical circuits
- basics of transient processes (dc, ac)
- application to power systems
- short circuits in a three-phase system with ideal voltage sources
- short circuits in a three-phase system with synchronous machines

Asymmetries and nonharmonic waveforms in three-phase networks
- theory of component systems
- symmetrical components of multiphase systems
- single-phase appliances and their symmetrization
- mathematical harmonic analysis

Electricity generation
- generation in conventional energy sources
- generation in alternative energy sources

Applications in the electric power industry
- spectral properties and light propagation, light-technical properties of materials
- general energy propagation equation
