Lectures:
Characteristics of passive and active electronic devices. Resistors, condensers, inductors. Semiconductor diodes. Basic features, charakteristics, using.
Bipolar transistors. Unipolar transistors. Basic features, charakteristics, using.
Supply units, requirements on individual parts of supply units. Rectifiers. Filtration of directional voltage. Parametric voltage regulator tube. Feedback voltage regulators continuous and pulsed.
Amplifiers. Setting and stabilization of the static operating point of bipolar transistors and unipolar transistors. Wideband amplifiers for small signal. Transmission parameters. Analysis on frequency coverage. Solution of amplifiers small signal.
Multistep amplifiers. Direct and alternating coupling. Feedback in electronic circuit. Differential amplifier and his application.
Power amplifiers in class A, B, AB. Tranzistor in the swiching mode. Flip-flop circuits. Basic methods of signal modulation. Modulators and mixers.
Theory of operational amplifiers. Ideal and real operational amplifier. Stability of operational net. Basic circuit of operational amplifiers. Linear application of operational amplifiers. Nonlinear application of operational amplifiers.
Generators of periodic signals. Harmonic oscillators. Generators of square wave, triangular and saw signals.
Logical functions and their notation. Minimization of logical functions. Logical elements and their realization. Logic elements TTL, DTL, CMOS.
Combinational logic circuits and their design. Data encoders, decoders, multiplexors, demultiplexors.
Sequential logic circuits and their design. Multivibrators, counters, registers. Semiconductor memory.
Power uncontrolled rectifiers and their applications. Power controlled rectfiers and their applications. Principles of control circuits of controlled rectifiers. DC converters, circuit and their applications. Principles of control circuits of DC converters.

Direct frequency converters, cycloconverters. Frequency converters with voltage and current DC link and their applications. Control methods of the output voltage and current.
Active power filters. Parallel active power filters, serial active power filters, control methods, applications.

Exercises:
Revision of characteristics of passive and active electronic devices.
Calculations of supply units.
Calculations of parametric voltage regulator tube and feedback voltage regulators.
Designing of circuits for setting and stabilization of the static operating point of transistor.
Designing of wideband amplifiers.
TEST no.1 - Basic knowledge from area supply units.
Aplication exercizes of differential amplifiers and operational amplifiers.
TEST no.2 - Amplifiers, power amplifiers.
Logic elements. Minimization of logic functions. Desinging combinatory logical circuits.
