Subject syllabus

Lectures:
Complex and system approach to design and realisation of elctro-mechanical machines and devices.
Structure of project, project preparation, time schedule of project, project - test, development and realisation interfaces.
Technical documentation. Structure. Normalisation. Normalised groups and build elements.
CAD design systems, relationship and interconections of mechanical and electrotechnical design modules, utilization and intercinnection with development technologies, preparation of prodiction and production.
Selected relationship and limitations of technical regulations and rules in mechanics and electrotechnics.
Relationship of mechanical dimensions, applied engineering and electrotechnical materials.
Introduction in the engineering technology. Special technology and micro technology. Conections between applied technology and efficiency of development, preparation of production and production in relationship to implemented measurement and informations system.
Pars of machines. Connections between used constructions parts and design of control system.
Aspect of system design of mechanisms and partial junctions of machines. Ratio of energy. Structural, type and geometry optimalisation.
Mechanics, kinematics and dynamics of parts of machines in relationship to measurements and informations system.
Flexibility, resistence and stability of constructions in mechanics, electrotechnic and elekctromechanics.
Measurement and diagnostic of machines. Acquainting with methods of durability assessment, reliability and safety.
Relationships and principles of interconection of mechanical construction to measurement informations systém. Influences of mechanical construction and influences of elected function elements principles for sensing of electrical and non-electrical quantities to transfer and preparation of signal for next kontrol processes.
Selection of microcomputer, microcontroller in control system. Posed requirements. Control concepts of actions elements. Fundamental access in programm control and control of mechanism.
Ecology. Ecosystems. Ergonomics. Noise. Vibrations. Emissions. Waste. Reciprocal coherence and cocequences of developmnt, design and realisation of electromechanical constructions.


Laboratories:

Theme: Organisation of laboratory practices, independent parts, partition of semestral projects, organisation of laboratory practices and measurements.
Theme: TEST nr.1. Evaluation of test, discussion and evaluation of attained results during elaboration of semestral project. Work at engaged semestral pproject.
Theme: TEST nr 2. Evaluation of test, discussion and evaluation of attained results during elaboration of semestral project. Work at engaged semestral pproject. Analysis and ripening of problematics of slelection of microcontroler, design and application of software in draft and realisation of project.
Theme: Work at engaged semestral project. Analysis and ripening of draft of technical documentation and technical drawing problematics in draft and realisation of project.

Theme: Organisation of laboratory peractices, independed parts, partition of themes of semestral projects, organisation of laboratory practices and measurements.
Theme: Exploitation and application of CAD draft systems. Excursion at workplaces with CIM production systems (Strojirenstvi Vaněk, Ostrava). Analysis and ripening of design of technical documentation with CAD systems in project.
Theme: Work at engaged semestral project. Analysis and ripening of alternate solutions in problematics of engaged part with different mechanical technologies.
