Course aims

The aim of the subject is to acquaint students with the basis of electrical machines, electrical devices, their dimensioning, protection, producing, distribution and using of electrical energy.
Students will be able to solve simply tasks of electrical machines applications, to design supplies and orientate in practical applications of the studied areas.
The aim of the subject is also to gain such knowledge from given area enabling a good orientation and ability of professional communication which are necessary for successful practice and following study in the field.
