Laboratories:
Introduction into exercise, tuition of the safety of the work in electrical laboratory, apprise of exercise.
Conductivity and dielectric absorption of stiff insulating materials.
Specific inductive capacity and loss factor of the dielectric in frequency range 0,6 till 10 kHz (bridge method).
Specific inductive capacity and loss factor of the dielectrics at high frequency 1 till 10 MHz (tuned method).
Characteristics of feroelectricals materials.
Conductive and resistive materials (temperature dependence of resistance).
Continuous control of knowledge, substitute measurements.

Basic characteristics of the strands with P-N passage.
Measurement voltage dependies of capacities of P-N passage.
Measurement of the fundamental constants and the characteristics varistors.
Permeability of ferrites, Curie poin.
Alternative measurements, final inspection of knowledge.
