1. Introduction to measurement theory - basic metrology.
2. Electronic structure of substances. Band models.
3. -4. Analytical methods based on the interaction of electrons with matter:
- Electron microscopy (STM, Auger)
- Electron diffraction
- X-ray microanalysis
- Mass spectroscopy
5. Analytical method based on the interaction of neutrons with matter: neutron diffraction.
6. - 7. Analytical methods based on the interaction of ions with matter:
- Spectroscopy of scattered, slow, secondary ions, Rutherford backscattering method
8. - 10. Analytical methods based on the interaction of photons with matter:
- Photoelectron spectroscopy
- X-ray spectroscopy and diffraction defectoscopy
11. - 12. Analytical methods based on the interaction of the electric field with the substance:
- Field emission microscopy and spectroscopy
13. Nuclear resonance methods - NMR, Mössbauer spectroscopy.
14. Special experimental techniques (magnetical, optical, magneto-optical ...)
