Subject syllabus

Hydrosphere and water in rock environment. Basic hydrogeological terminology of water bearing rock environment. Fundamentals of hydrochemistry . Hydrological characteristics of drainage area. Geohydrodynamic systems and their classification. Groundwater regime, measurements and evaluation. Applied hydrogeology - tasks. Prospection and remediation of contaminated groundwater, prospection for surface and underground waste repositoriy constructions. Groundwater quality prospection, zones of hygienic protection, legislature.
