Subject syllabus

Basic hydrogeological and grounwater flow terminology. Fundamentals of
geohydrodynamic structures assessment and their importance for rock massif
classification. Water-balance equation and its elements. Water budget of
drainage area. Physical properties of fluids, hydraulic properties of rock
massif and aquifers. Groundwater flow in rock environment, methods of basic
hydraulic parameters determination. Methods of aquifer hydraulic parameters
determination.
