Subject syllabus

Mineral development as an economic activity. Reserves and resources of the
deposits. Problems of the predictions of the raw materials consumption. Some
questions of the international mineral policies. Price controls and cartels.
Mineral taxation and mineral profits. Mineral policies nongovernmental
organizations. Government programs and the
policies in the industrialized countries.Problems of the mineral policies in
the developing countries.
