Subject syllabus

1st Fundamentals of Automatic Control - basic concepts of ACS, ACS structure,
ACS algorithm, static and dynamic properties, proportional, integral and
shunt elements
2nd General control charts, two-position control, stabilization, Programmed
control, optimal control, adaptive control.
3rd Monitoring and Control Systems - Von Neumann's scheme, the architecture
Computer + control features such issues to put into practice.
4th SCADA / HMI - clarification of terminology, introduction to
theme, showing examples of SCADA systems and InTouch, Reliance Promotic
systems.
5th Fundamentals of measuring electrical quantities
6th Measurement of position, velocity, acceleration force, pressure and differential pressure
7th Measurement of fluid flow, level. Temperature and thermal quantities.
8th Sensors of physical and chemical properties of liquids and gases.
9th Means of transmitting information.
10th Resources for evaluation, control and signaling.
11th Computer networks.
12th Actuators, servo motors and servomechanisms.
13th An example of a complex system of subject matter.
14th Summary of the problematic areas and completion and commissioning of the total
view at a higher hierarchical structure.
