Subject syllabus

1st Basic general knowledge about the computer, 'the basic scheme of von Neumann
concept, the concept of Harvard, multiprocessor features, history and distribution
2nd Computer and its surroundings, I / O interface, bus, memory and CPU.
3rd Design and technology of digital circuits,
4th Basic connection of combinational logic circuits
5th Sequential logic circuits
6th The structure and functions of personal computer: the BIOS self-test, memory test, additional adapters, memory management and allocation, implementation of programs, basic interrupt system.
7th The concept of computer CPU: Processor Class 80x86 memory management, program management, differences in the hardware manual, application examples.
8th Pentium class processor, memory management, program management, differences in the hardware manual, application examples.
9th PC motherboards, computer memory: Semiconductor memory
10th Storage media (hard disks, removable disks, optical pamětiatd). ..
11th Standardized computer interface: serial, parallel interfaces, graphical interfaces (VGA, AddIn).
12th Internal and other computer interfaces: parallel port, a PC bus
13th Types and function printers, scanners and plotters
14th Special peripherals, computer security in tough conditions
