Subject syllabus

1. History, present and mission of the VSB - Technical University of Ostrava.
2. Organizational structure of VSB-TUO and HGF.
3. History, present and mission of the Faculty of Mining and Geology VSB-TUO. Overview of SP.
4. Acquaintance with the basic internal regulations of VSB – TUO and HGF (Statute of VSB-TUO, Study and examination regulations in bachelor study programs, HGF Guidelines, etc.).
5. Student services provided by VŠB-TUO (library, dormitories and canteens, card center, computer network, e-mail).
6. Course of university studies.
7. Work with information sources.

E-learning

For communication beyond in-person exercises, the Moodle learning management system (lms.vsb.cz) is used. This platform facilitates communication not only between the instructor and students but also among students themselves.
