1.Managers, diversity and change (definition of basic terms and mutual connections
and implication for performance of the organisation)
2.Historical views of management (classical approaches to management, human resources management resources, quantitative approaches to management, modern approaches to management and recent trends in management thinking)
3.Environment, competitive advantage and quality operations (definition and application of the terms influencing significantly managerial behaviour)
4.International management and global economy (fundamental economical cooperation in the world
strategy of international business, influence of multinational corporations, influences of environment on global operations)
5.Managing with ethics and social responsibility (views of ethical behaviour, views of social responsibility, strategy of social responsibility etc.)
6.Planning (fundamentals, strategic management and entrepreneurship, managerial decision making)
7.Organizing (fundamentals, organizational design and culture, work design for individuals and teams)
8.Leading (fundamentals, leading through motivation, communication, interpersonal skills, group dynamics and teamwork, innovation and planned change)
9.Controlling (fundamentals, information technology and control)
