Subject syllabus

Basic concepts, linking control systems technology process.
The hierarchical structure of distributed systems, opportunities for mutual communication, types of PLCs.
Communication standards for the control of technological processes.
Connectivity PLC with PC software tools for working with PLC 500th
Compact and modular PLC, types, characteristics and use of the additional I / O cards.
PLC networking hardware and measuring elements and actuators.
Programming in ladder logic - (I / O instructions, instructions for accessing the bit-addressable memory)
Programming in ladder logic - (timers, counters, shipping instructions, subroutines).
DA, AD Card - parameters, software for reading and writing.
Basic logic control.
Examples of logical control on laboratory models
The basic execution loop with a controller with a fixed structure - P, PI.
Work with PAC automaton, fundamental differences between the PLC and PAC.
