Subject syllabus
Importance and history of systems, system approach. Basic terms of the system theory, properties of the systems, subsystems, elements and linkages, composition and decomposition. Methods and tools for system description. Mathematic basis of system theory, theory of automata and graphs. Cybernetic system theory. Identification of complex systems (production functions analysis, theory of effect orders, knowledge systems, artificial intelligence). Chaos theory.
