4. Standing water.
5. The cycle of substances in water.
6. Structure of stagnant water biocenoses
7. Running water
8. Surface water pollution.
9. Self-cleaning of watercourses.
10. Flow changes and the effect of flow adjustments. Technical changes of the flow profile.
11. Methods of revitalization of watercourses. Restoration of riparian vegetation.
12. Acidification of aquatic ecosystems.
13. Eutrophication of stagnant waters.
14. Wastewater treatment.
