properties that maintain a population, evolution by natural selection, the scientific method.
2nd Atoms, molecules and life. Atoms, particles, molecules, chemical properties
water, carbon-containing compounds
3rd The basic unit of life. The discovery of cells and the basic theory of cell
Two main types of cells, common features and structure of all cells, specialized
function and structure in cells.
4th Buněk.Buňky Dynamics and basic energetic flow of the universe, the chemical
reaction agents and energy flow in cells, metabolism, cellular transport.
5th Life needs adequate energy. ATP, glycolysis, fermentation, aerobic respiration,
control of metabolism.
6th The absorption of sunlight and nutrients construction. Photosynthesis, color
pigments, special types of fixation of carbon dioxide.
7th Cellular and life cycles. Chromosomes, mitosis, meiosis, reproduction,
evolution.
8th DNA - thread of life. Genes, DNA types, hopes and problems in research
recombinant DNA.
9th The origin of life and its diversity.
10th Unicellular organisms (bacteria and cyanobacteria), Producers and decomposer
(algae, plants, fungi).
11th Animals (invertebrates, vertebrates).
12th The genetic basis for evolution. Genetic variations, factors of evolution, what
is a kind of modern synthesis and the main trends in evolution.
13th The population model in space and time. The level of interaction, model extension,
limit population growth.
14th Biosphere. Life on land, water, changes in the biosphere.
