Subject syllabus

1. Problems specification. Basic concept. Interaktion types. Chemical equiponderances in analytical chemistry. Classification of analytical reaction.
2. Process of analyse. Sampling and sample preparation, separation processes. search result evaluation. GLP.
3. Developments in analytical chemistry - new instrumental methodology, mobile analytical chemistry.
4. Quantitative analysis. Principle of gravity surveying, analytical development. Volumetric analysis.
5. Electroanalytical methods analysis: Potentiometry.
6. Electroanalytical methods analysis: Voltametry and polarography. conductometry.
7. View of separative methods, axioms and their analytical usage. Planar chromatograpghy /TLC, HPTLC, PC)
8. Column chromatography, axioms and classification, instrumentation, kvalitation and kvantitation analysis, chromatogram, analytical usage.
9. Extraction: LLE, SFE, SPE, SPME
10. Electrophoresis: axioms, instumentation, analytical usage. IEF, CE. Membrane separation: ultrafiltration, dialysis, reverse osmose, electrodialysis. Mass spectrometry.
11. Optical methods. Optical spectral instruments. Refractometry, interferometry, polarimetry, turbidimetry, axioms, instumentation, analytical usage.
12. Emission atomic spectral analysis. flame photometry. Atomic absorption spectrometry. UV/Vis spectrometry. Axioms, instumentation, analytical usage.
13. Infrared spectrometry. Raman spectra - axioms, instumentation, analytical usage.
14. RTG spectrometry - axioms, instumentation, analytical usage. Radiochemical methods.
