LECTURES
I. General ecology
1st The system of environmental sciences, ecology as a scientific discipline - definitions, relationships
other scientific disciplines.
2nd Biosphere, its components, characteristics. Organisms and environments
2) Abiotic factors - solar radiation, temperature, atmosphere, hydrosphere,
pedosphere
2b) Biotic factors - factors vnitroduhové, interspecific, anthropogenic.
3rd Population - the basics autecology.
4th Fellowship - synecology basics.
5th Ecosystem - an ecosystem theory, geobiocenózy. Ecological stability
homeostasis.
6th Substances cycles, biogeochemical cycles. Energy flows, productivity
ecosystem. Transmission of information regulation.
7th Limiting factors, laws and minimum tolerance. Food links, trophic chains
and network control.
8th Ecosystem dynamics, ecosystem activity. Ecological niche.
9th Ecology of fresh waters - an ecosystem of wetland, pond, river .. Ecology land -
forest ecosystem, agroekosystém and urban ecosystem.

II. human Ecology
1st Human ecology - concept. Human evolution, the process of urbanization -
industrial and postindustrial society
2nd Human population and population development. Human functions in the ecosystem.
3rd Environment and health - monitoring environmental pollution and exposure
man, bioindicators and biomarkers.
4th Cultural Ecology.
5th Sustainable Development.
