4. Significant microorganism databases, basic orientation in the databases
5. Collections of microorganisms and their significance
6. Role of microorganisms in the substance circulation in the environment
7. Physiology of microorganisms, adaptation mechanisms al the level of metabolic processes
8. Pathogenicity of microorganisms
9. Microorganisms in the ecosystems, environmental impacts on the structure of microbial population, biofilms and their significance
10. Biotic relations in the microbial population
11. Diversity of microorganisms, basic factors affecting its stability
12. Microbial diversity of anthropogenic-contaminated localities (specific features), specific features of microbial diversity of ore deposits and other raw material resources
