Subject syllabus

1. Theoretical background and principles of biological (biochemical) treatment of municipal waters and some industrial waste waters.
2. Impacts of technological parameters on kinetics of degradation of organic loads in wastewater by aerobic and anaerobic processes are studied.
3. Constructions, functions and parameters of machines and equipment used for wastewater treatment and WWTP/WPP sludge dewatering and processing are clarified on the basis of technologies and biological principles of water treatment.
