Subject syllabus

1st The definition of chemometrics. Revision of probability and statistics. Escrow
probability. Random variable. Population. Random selection.
2nd Distribution function, probability density, probability function.
Torque characteristics of distribution. The central limit theorem. Some division
probability.
3rd Samples used software-Excel, ADSTAT.
4th Samples used software-ADSTAT QC Expert.
5th Samples used software QC-Expert. Accuracy class devices.
6th Exploratory analysis of univariate data (EDA). The general procedure and purpose of the EDA. A representative random sample, sequential order statistics and probability.
7th Transforming data. Reasons for use and principle. Verification of the data provided. Verification of independence, normality and homogeneity of choice.
8th Testing statistical hypotheses. Statistical hypothesis test statistics
hypothesis, the critical value. To test hypotheses.
9th Analysis of small horn selection process.
10th Analysis of variance ANOVA. Single-factor ANOVA. Two-factor ANOVA.
11th Regression analysis. Linear regression models. Polynomial regression.
12th Basic information about the non-linear regression.
13th Calibration and optimization. Linear calibration.
14th Non-linear calibration. Standard addition method.
