Course aims

- The student will be able to characterize the importance, methods and using of modeling techniques in engineering practice
- The student will be able to formulate the basic laws of physical and numerical modeling of processes
- The student will be able to describe similarity of processes, the derivation of the similarity criteria and application of modeling in metallurgy production, processing and casting of steel
