Subject syllabus

1. The essentials of mold manufacturing , types of molding boxes , molding tools , tools .
2. The essentials of hand shaping , preparing sand mixture proportioning binders and additives , preparation model , core sand mixtures and filling , compacting sand mixtures .
3. Manual mold making, green sand molding , testing the properties of molding sand - strength , permeability , water content.
4. Hand molding undivided model on a flat parting surface, forming a split model.
5. Formation of the shape dividing surface - to staggered . Formation of the loose parts - wedges.
6. Making molds using genuine nuclei , production of cores in the core , degassing units, types of cores .
7. Forming into several frames. Forming the shape of broken castings.
8. Forming into several frames with side disassembling the mold.
9. Special cases of formation in terms of casting , reverse casting mold bunk odléní into multiple frames.
10. Structure and function of gating - hole , stake , cuts, pads , exhausts, chills .
