Thermodynamic models of solutions. Colligative properties of solutions.
Properties of polycomponent liquids at different miscibility of the component. Phase diagrams and their technological applications.

Physical Chemistry of the phase interface, the phase interface effect on the thermodynamic properties of the system, surface and interfacial energy balance at the surface of contact of three phases, curved phase interface. Electrical properties of phase interfaces, electrical double layer, electrokinetic potential and electrokinetic phenomena.
Molecular-kinetic properties, thermal motion, sedimentation phenomena, membrane equilibrium. Optical and mechanical properties of systems.Stavové změny a význam disperzních soustav.
Physical chemistry of disperse systems and their classification.Phase dispersion systems, the stability of heterogeneous lyophobic systems, methods of preparation. Molecular colloids, solutions of high molecular weight electrolytes and nonelectrolytes, the behavior of macromolecules in solution, the selected properties and stability. Micellar colloids. Systems with continuous dispersion proportion gels.
Chapter selection will be made based on the orientation of the doctoral dissertation together with the supervisor.
