- Inventory control - reasons for holding inventories, inventory costs, inventory classification.
- Mathematical inventory control methods - fixed order-quantity method, fixed order-period method, inventory categories suitable for their application.
- Determination of inventory control parameters - economics order quantity model, safety stock.
