1. Definition of project management - definition, objectives, basic principles, integration into the management of industrial enterprise.
2. Basic principles of the world standards for project management with an emphasis on process management according to the PMI standard.
3. Project Management Processes - classification of project management processes.
4. Initiating processes - project creation, project charter elaboration, identification of stakeholders.
5. Basic planning project processes - scope planning, WBS.
6. Basic planning project processes - time planning, schedule.
7. Basic planning project processes - cost planning, budget.
8. Supporting planning project processes - planning of communication, procurement, human resources.
9. Supporting planning project processes - risks, quality, stakeholders.
10. Project implementation processes - defining and analyzing basic processes from a given area.
11. Project control processes - defining and analyzing basic processes from a given area.
12. Project termination processes - defining and analyzing basic processes from a given area.
