9. Intermetallic compounds based on Ni-Al, Ti-Al, Fe-Al. Gradient materials, their characterization, overview of properties, applications, technological aspects of preparation.
10. Dispersion hardning alloys based on Ni, Fe, Mg and Al. Technologies and properties of materials.
11. Hard metals. Classifications, properties and technologies.
12. Superconductors, the characterization of superconductivity, the preparation of superconductors.
13. Semiconductor materials, their characterization and technological aspects of preparation.
