Subject syllabus

The subject is divided into following blocks:

1. Introduction to technical catalysts and photocatalysts
2. Oxides, sulfides, nitrides, metal catalysts, zeolites, molecular sieves, selected materials based on carbon.
3. 0D, 1D, 2D a 3D nanomaterials.
4. Preparation of nanomaterials using chemical, mechanical and mechano-chemical methods.
5. Property and preparation of technical catalysts.
6. Deactivation of technical catalysts and nanomaterials
7. Practical utilization of nanomaterials as photocatalysts, sensors, wear resistant surfaces, medical application.
