The student conducts the experiment and evaluates the results according to the instructions of the thesis supervisor. At the end of the semester, the student will submit the entire thesis in hard copy and upload the electronic version into the Edison system by the specified deadline. The award of credit is also contingent upon the preparation and delivery of a presentation summarizing the basic results of the experiment.
