Subject syllabus

1. Intorudction to legal theory - selected problems, constitutional law.
2. Public law - criminal law (punishment, crime, selected types of
crimes, criminal proceedings), administrative and financial law
(public administration, self-government, tax law).
3. Private law - civil and corporate law, family and labour law.
4. The EU law and international law.
5. Motivation and personality. Attitudes and aspirations, values.
6. Labour efficiency. Skills and ability to work.
7. Socially pathological phenomenons. Mobbing.
8. Stress, tiredness. Possibilities to getting it under control.
Burn-out syndrome. Possibilities to prevent it.
