2. The theory of non-verbal communication.
3. Verbal communication. Communication planes. Disturbances in interpersonal communication. Defense mechanisms in communication. Reporting actions.
4. Listening, emotion and empathy in communication. Communication, stress and social fitness. Automatic thoughts and communications.
5. Communication and assertiveness.
6. Communication and self-presentation.
7. Human communication based on a transactional analysis.
8. Communication, argumentation, rhetoric.
9. Manipulation techniques in communication.
10. Lies, half-truths and truth in human communication.
