Course aims

Demonstrate an understanding of theory and research related to current issues and future trends in organizational behaviour
Demonstrate an understanding of the links between individual behaviour and its social and organizational context.
Diagnose and develop constructive proposals for dealing with work issues from an organizational behaviour perspective
Exhibit analytical skills and apply theories to discuss different organizational contexts.
