5. Features of personality. Concept of personality traits, structural models of personality (R. B. Cattell,H. J. Eysenck, five-factor model of the Big Five).
6. Cognitive personality. Skills, talents.
7. Intelligence, creativity.
8. Types and typology of personality.
9. Motivation. Needs, interests, attitudes, values, goals. Models of motivational dynamics.
10. Self-confidence and self-motivation. Motivation and performance.
11. Stress, stress management.
12. Conflicts and their solutions.
13. Time management.
14. Measuring personality. Methods of personality research and diagnostics, traditional approaches to personality research.
