Subject syllabus

1. Soft skills - revision, diagnosis.
2. Personal career plan, diagnosis.
3. Developing innovative competences (exercises for the development of creativity).
4. Teamwork. Role in the team.
5. Verbal and nonverbal influence.
6. Maneuvering and handling - identifying manipulative conduct, argumentation.
7. Assertiveness. Assertive techniques (model situation).
8. Negotiation strategy - soft, hard and principled negotiation.
9. The process of negotiation - phase, the course, preparation for meetings, time and strength in negotiations.
10. Negotiating tactics, team negotiations.
