3. Research scheme. Analysis of the issue. representation and kinds of selections, measuring. Triangulation.
4. Procedures. Types of procedures, their application.
5. Technique of questionnaire. Types of questions, scales. Projective techniques. . Analysis of data and interpretation.
6. Interview technique. Types of dialogue. environment and recording.
7. Observation technique. Object, category of behavior, evaluation scales, records Types of observation.
8. Experiment. Types of experiments, preparation, dependant and independent variables.
9. Analysis. Facts, documents. Analysis of contents.
10. Sociometry. . Sociometric matrix. . Types of sociograms. Application in HR practice.
11. Heuristic techniques. Brainstorming, Delphy technique. Thematic preparation, , choice of participants, basic rules.
