Subject syllabus

- Basic chemistry of waste materials. Basic inorganic and organic pollutants, chemical and physical properties. Methods of waste evaluation.

- Introduction to analytical chemistry. Basic concepts of analytical chemistry.
- Chemical reactions used in analytical chemistry, chemical equilibrium basic
chemical reaction such as protolytic, precipitation, atc.
- The procedure for chemical analysis. Sampling of liquid, gaseous and solid wastes. transport and storage of the sample.
- Physical and chemical methods of sample preparation for inorganic analysis.
- Qualitative inorganic analysis.
- Bases methods of quantitative inorganic analysis, gravimetric and volumetric methods of quantitative analysis.
- Basic instrumental techniques in inorganic analysis.
- Procedures of sample preparation in organic analysis.
- Methods of quantitative and qualitative analysis of organic analysis.
- Basic instrumental techniques in organic analysis.
