1. Principles of ensuring fire safety in buildings
2. Basic concepts (fire risk, fire safety levels)
3. Fire resistance of building structures (requirements and verification)
4. Principles of escape route design (unprotected, protected, and partially protected escape routes)
5. Basic principles for determining separation distances
6. Conditions for firefighting intervention
7. Basic fire safety requirements for building services and technical systems
8. Requirements for the installation of fire safety systems
9. Principles of ensuring fire safety in industrial buildings and warehouses
10. Principles of ensuring fire safety in residential and accommodation buildings and healthcare facilities
11. Principles of ensuring fire safety in assembly buildings and building alterations
12. Conditions for firefighting intervention
13. Innovations and/or a guest lecture by an industry expert
