The subject, in the form of a practice-internship at selected companies that operate activities with increased or high fire risk, introduces students to the obligations of legal entities and entrepreneurial natural persons in the field of fire protection, with processed fire protection documentation (documentation on the inclusion of activities with increased or high fire risk, determination organization of fire protection security, fire fighting documentation, evacuation plans, alarm directives, fire regulations, etc.) and also, above all, with obligations in the field of safety and health protection at work, with approaches to accident prevention and with set risk management, and finally with the specifics of waste management (waste management, corporate legislation and management).
The practical excursion will allow students to get a real idea of how specific selected companies comply with regulations on fire protection, safety and health protection at work and how they fulfill their obligations in the field of waste management. Furthermore, students will be introduced to the internal legislation of the company itself, the set personnel management of the above-mentioned areas and the management of solutions for possible extraordinary events, and familiarization with the software products used.
Students will get a realistic idea of the operation of the company and enable them to make a better decision when choosing a study internship, and they are also able to think realistically about preparing for their future profession.
