Anotace

The essence of the course is the application of engineering knowledge related to the issue of fire and accidents, large-scale and efficient use of manpower and resources IRS to ensure successful disposal of these events. Includes procedures for selection of targets based on the type of event, evaluation of risk factors and the range of possible consequences with respect to time, space and number of forces that are available. It gives instructions for setting strategic goals using tactical solution procedures and operational management implementation. When dealing with an emphasis on the safety of persons, animals, protect property and the environment and in the shortest possible time, given the lack of information and awareness of the impact of the proposed measures. When establishing procedures, guidelines and decision alternatives, based primarily on an analysis of the conditions incident operatively tactical options and technical means used fire equipment and other possibilities rescue system.
