Discuss the classification of pyrotechnic articles and lodging, and safety during handling, legal and technical regulations and standards governing the handling of explosives, ammunition and imitation types of devices, their use, blasting equipment and blasting techniques. Explain methods and the possibility of malicious terrorist bombings, the concept of an explosive booby trap system, the types and composition, classification and risk civilian populations. Meet The type activities of the IRS in emergencies in the presence of explosives, flammable and radioactive substances. Highlighting the purpose of preventive measures and fireworks inspections focused mainly on the protection of persons and objects.
