Summary

The course covers the explanation of basic terms for the needs of studying the
environmental impacts of accidents (the environment, ecology, etc.),
legislation in the area of environmental protection (EIA, IPPC, and others),
environmental management (ISO 14 000, EMAS) and methods of the assessment of
environmental impacts of accidents.
