Subject syllabus

1. To define the sector, with regard to the increased risk of work and the number of
occupational accidents per
last period of about 3 years.
2. Familiarization with health and safety issues in the construction industry, i.e.
the industry with high
the occurrence of occupational accidents, including fatal occupational accidents.
3. Requirements of safety regulations for carrying out work at heights and above
clearance depth, determination and use of protective structures and use of PPE
for individual protection when working at heights.
4. Use of construction machinery and other equipment, devices and tools during
construction
activities and requirements for their use.
5. Coordination of work activities on the construction site, duty of the
coordinator, processing
Health and safety plan.
6. Way of organizing work and work procedures when working in the forest and at
workplaces
of a similar nature.
7. Working with a chainsaw, familiarization with occupational risks, use of PPE at
work in the forest.
8. Adherence to safe technological procedures when felling trees and harvesting wood
v difficult working conditions.
9. Gathering wood and observing safety when handling wood and its
storage. Use of cable cars in the forest and other transport equipment
10.Health and safety issues in the agricultural sector, way of organizing work and
work procedures related to animal husbandry, risks and their assessment during
activities
related to animal care.
11.Use of agricultural machinery and technical equipment during agricultural work,
assessment of risks during individual work activities, when using machines and
agricultural techniques.
12.Observance of health and safety during harvesting and storage of agricultural
crops, work at heights - bulk material storage tanks and silage towers.
