History of civil protection in the Czech Republic, the position and role of civil protection in the existing safety environment. Civil protection in the EU and NATO countries, Civil Emergency Planning. Civil protection regulations, international humanitarian law. A set of activities and procedures leading to the minimisation of negative impacts of potential incidents and crisis situations on human health and life and living conditions.
